1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of apm.monster, including the public website, enquiry form, and the client portal. By using the site you agree to them.
2. Our service
APM Monster helps merchants identify and apply for alternative payment methods through third-party providers. We do not process payments, hold funds, or provide live balances.
3. No guarantee of approval
Payment methods, markets and settlement times shown are indicative. Availability, pricing and acceptance are decided solely by each provider and may change.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and only upload documents you are authorised to share. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to submit false or misleading information, to attempt unauthorised access, or to disrupt the platform.
6. Documents and consent
Documents you upload remain yours. We will only send them to a provider with your instruction. You can request removal subject to legal retention duties.
7. Intellectual property
The site, brand and mascot are owned by APM Monster. Third-party payment brands and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for provider decisions, indirect losses, or loss of profits. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
We may suspend access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Governing law and contact
