1. Who we are

APM Monster is operated by Wazaza Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in Cyprus. Registered address: [registered address to be confirmed before launch]. Wazaza Ltd operates apm.monster, a service that connects merchants with alternative payment method providers.

2. Information we collect

Enquiry details you submit (name, work email, company website, preferred contact method and handle, requested markets, payment solutions and monthly volume band); account details (email, display name); company onboarding documents you upload; and basic technical data such as IP address used for abuse prevention and rate limiting.

3. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, assess which providers may support your requirements, run onboarding and compliance (KYC/KYB) checks, prepare applications to payment providers with your consent, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

Taking steps at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it (for example before sharing documents with a provider).

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Documents are only shared with a payment provider after staff approval and your instruction. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, storage) bound by data processing terms.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored in access-controlled systems. Uploaded documents are held in private storage, visible only to your company users and authorised staff. Access is logged.

7. Retention

Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted after 12 months. Onboarding records are kept for as long as required by applicable anti-money-laundering and financial regulations.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us through the enquiry form to exercise your rights.

9. Cookies

We use only cookies and local storage needed for sign-in and site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies.
